Anyone in their path is trampled in a flurry of brutal hoof strikes. **Priest's Concubine.** Legend has it that headless mules are women punished for their sins of tempting a priest of [[Sol]] into performing acts of carnal lust. %% **A Cursed Creation.** Incubi disguised as clergymen create headless mules through a gruesome ritual. They seduce victims (often women), charming them for seven days before luring them to bed. At the moment of passion, the incubus drives a ritual knife through their heart, transforming the corpse into a headless mule—now inhabited by a fiendish spirit. %% **Trapped Souls & Haunting Moans.** The soul remains trapped within the mule, only freed by its death. When wounded, the mule emits agonized moans—the voice of the tormented soul within. **Unrelenting Vengeance.** Driven by a murderous grudge, headless mules attack any creature they encounter. If a target escapes, the mule hunts them down relentlessly, haunting them until they die.
