## Organization
The [[Daur-Hai]] are organized in small tribes and commanded by a warlord. All Daur-hai tribes recognize a single Chieftain among all warlords as their military and religious leader. The Chieftain is the strongest of all [[Daur-Hai]].
The Chieftain will organize hunts, raids and battles periodically to maintain morale high, which usually puts them in direct conflict with other cultures.
The process of becoming a Daur-Hai Chieftain usually includes building up a strong warband and proving themselves to the rest of the Daur-hai warlords before challenging the current Chieftain.
