Usually [[Settlers]] and members of the [[Church of Sol]], Lucians hide their identity as supporters of the [[Reign of Terror]]. Many Lucians are organized in the [[Heretic Church of the Golden Horizon]] and practice necromancy and slavery whenever they can get away with it.
