# [[Organization]]
Your organization is an entity that is able to take contracts, amass wealth, and sustain its members.
## Base of Operations
For an organization to exist, it requires a [[Base Management|Base]] to operate in. [[Facilities]] can be built in the base to support the organization and its members.
## Organization Attributes
Your organization is measured in attributes:
>[!blank|right s-t no-i] Provisions and Supply Level
| Lvl | Die | Storage | Upgrade |
| --- | --- | ------- | -------- |
| 0 | N/A | 0 | 3000 GP |
| 1 | d4 | 2x2 | 6000 GP |
| 2 | d6 | 4x4 | 10000 GP |
| 3 | d8 | 6x6 | 14000 GP |
| 4 | d10 | 8x8 | 18000 GP |
| 5 | d12 | 10x10 | N/A |
### [[Provisions]]
How much food and water the organization has to support the members.
While staying in a base, you don't have to pay for daily [[Lifestyle Expenses]], though your party might use the bases' provisions on a long stay: For every month a [[Units|Unit]] spends time in a [[Base Management|Base]], roll the provisions die. On a 1, the level of Provisions is reduced by 1.
Provisions must be kept in a [[Storage Room]] in the [[Base Management|Base]]. The space it will occupy depends on the level of Provisions.
**Upgrading Provisions:** To upgrade Provisions, it is necessary to spend the required amount of gold and to partake the [[Increase Provisions]] [[Projects|project]].
### [[Supplies]]
How much equipment the organization has to supports its members.
Supplies must be kept in a [[Storage Room]] in the [[Base Management|Base]]. The space it will occupy depends on the level of Supplies.
When recruiting a new [[Units|Unit]], roll the provisions die based on the level of that unit. On a 1, the level of Provisions is reduced by 1.
**Upgrading [[Supplies]]:** To upgrade Supplies, it is necessary to spend the required amount of gold and to partake the [[Increase Supplies]] [[Projects|project]].
### [[Wealth]]

How much gold is at the organization's disposal.
Whenever you are within a settlement the organization has a base, you are able to make use of the wealth of the organization in two ways:
**Expense:** You can have the organization for pay for your expenditures. The total of gold you can expense per day is based on your level. Consult the *Wealth Level* table for the exact amounts.
**Leverage:** You can leverage the wealth of your company by making purchases using the organization's gold. When you do so, the organization pays for the purchase. Roll the Wealth die on a 1, reduce the wealth level by 1. The *Leverage* value in the *Wealth Level* table is the upper limit that can be leveraged.
**Upgrading [[Wealth]]:** To upgrade Wealth, it is necessary to spend the required amount of gold and to partake the [[Increase Wealth]] [[Projects|project]].
## Organization Resources
Each organization has a few resources to their disposal.
### Members
Members of your [[Organization]] can participate in [[Projects]]. Members that participate in projects can't be part of a [[Units|Unit]].
#### [[Competence|Competences]]
Members of your organization can have particular competences.
Competences can be trained the same way you [[Learn a Language or Skill]] during [[Downtime Activities|Downtime]], as long as you have the requirements for that competence.
| Competence | Requirement |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

### [[Units]]
Organizations can support units to send on missions or engage in warfare.
An adventurer party is a type of unit.
>[!unit]- Designer's Note
>Units will be better developed in the future if/when there's a need to deal with warfare.
### [[Contracts]]
Contracts define the organization's capacity of taking complex arrangements. Some [[Projects]] require a contract to be started.
By default, and [[Organization]] can only keep one contract at a time if there's no structure to support taking more contracts. Building [[Office|offices]] on a [[Base Management|Base]] increases the contract capacity.
