## XP Awards
At the end of a session, additional XP is awarded to the characters if they:
- Found a new *adventure site* or *settlement*.
- Revealed a new *hex* on the map.
- Made a new *contact*.
- Discovered a new *rumor*, *myth*, or *legend*.
- 1/4th of an award for *each new hex* revealed past the first one. ^[***Example:*** A party reveals 4 new hexes in a session. The first hex gives its own award, while hexes 2, 3, and 4 count as 3/4ths of this award.]

The reward is given using the highest level of a character in the party, then divided evenly among all participants. Followers or other NPCs that have been integral to the session also receive a parcel of the XP as if they are participants.
## Session Helpers
Players who assist in guaranteeing a good game sessions are rewarded. Each of these activities rewards the player with a cumulative [[Resolve Die]]:
* Bringing snacks or drinks.
