Once a day while the flower is on water, using a [Magic](https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/dnd/free-rules/rules-glossary#MagicAction) action and uttering a command word makes a lily pad expand from beneath the flower until it occupies a 10-foot radius circle. The flower can be plucked from the lily pad to be reused. A lily pad without a flower withers and stops floating in 1 minute. The water lily must be watered every day or it withers and is destroyed. It consumes 4 pints of water per day, and dries out if it consumes less than that amount for 3 consecutive days. It automatically consumes the amount of water required for the day while in lily pad form.
