# [[Donataries]] A donatary is the person (often a noble) that is given the right and the duty to manage a colony in [[Ibir]]. A donatary is given a title of Grand Duke and, according to the nobility system of Aurora, must answer to the [[King of Isles]] as the representative of the [[Empire of Light]].
