They do graffiti, commit petty acts of vandalism, squat in abandoned buildings, and are known to navigate through the city's sewer tunnels. They are usually in confrontation with local law enforcement. ## History There's no formal history of the gang, but they had occupied a decommissioned sewage plant as their base of operations for a couple of years before being kicked out by [[Captain Gart Thunderbrow]]. ## Membership The gang has no formalized leadership or hierarchy. Any outcasts can be accepted as members of their group as long as they all get along fine. ## Relationship with the [[Scavenger's League of Fortuna]] The [[Scavenger's League of Fortuna|League]] has hired the Salty Youth on two occasions: Once to get [[“Ratface” Ralnak|Ratface]] to guide them through the sewer, and once again to keep [[The Horses]] and the cart safe. The League also paid for members of the Salty Youth to stay at [[The Wise Rat]] inn for a period after their eviction from the sewage plant. Both [[“Ratface” Ralnak]] and [[Glamdur “Gramps” Torhondîr]] were sworn into the League from the Salty Youth.
