Julio Tisna is a textiles mogul in the [[Barony of Goodwheat]] and a close friend of [[Lord Arthur Valleysworth]]. ## Campaign Appearances * [[Session 29 - Party at Bonewood Manor]]: Julio was a guest at [[Lord Arthur Valleysworth]]'s party, where he mentioned he is always surprised with how good [[Lord Arthur Valleysworth]] is at making money. The two of them want to join [[The Luminaries]]. [[Drakus Thunderheart|Drakus]] also tricked him into telling that someone was missing at the party, and Tisna said [[Lord Arthur Valleysworth]] didn't seem to be in the best terms with this missing person he believes is some business partner.
