He had average height for a human, short dark hair, white skin and scars on his face. He was killed in an altercation with the [[Scavenger's League of Fortuna]] when arresting a group of [[Orc Youngsters|orc refugees]] and buried in an undisclosed location. ## Campaign Appearances * [[Session 36 - Altercation on the Road]]: Captain Vasques lead a group of soldiers that were harassing and arresting a group of orc refugees. They were confronted and killed by the party.
