In the center of the block, a tall round stone tower with a steep pointy roof harbors the department of astrology and divination. Among the many buildings, there are laboratories, observatories, study halls, theaters, and studios. Students line up the green area of the campus studying, practicing cantrips, or playing an instrument, and having picnics. The college is the oldest and most traditional member of the [[University of Saint Míthrin]] and it is frequented by noble and the upper-class of all of [[Fortuna]], also receiving many students from across the world.
