## Castle Mallard

Previously known as Fort Glory, this [[Age of Colonization|colonial-era]] castle has been modernized with adjoined modern buildings that serves as City Hall and the seat of the knights that protect the city: The [[Mallard Knights]].
## Lake Hope Royal Theater

Round neo-classical building with ample seating in its auditorium. Heavily frequented by the nobles of the city, the Royal Theater hosts concerts and plays almost every day.
## Church of Sol the Illuminator
Baroque cathedral next to Castle Mallard. The circular domes of the towers are decorated with gold, just like many of the paintings and decorations in the [apse](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apse).
## Chapel of St Jory
A simple chapel with sparse decorations besides a painting behind the altar, depicting [[Saint Jory the Settler]] atop a hill looking towards the horizon.
## Liberation Square
A large square between Castle Mallard and the Church of Sol. Trees and flower beds surround a central area with decorated black and white paving stones forming wave patterns, and a fountain in the middle of the square.
One of the miracles of [[Saint Francis the King|Saint Francis]] occurred here during the [[Reign of Terror]], when he burst the shackles of 16 enslave people with the sound of his voice.
